Erin's Fiesta Crockpot Chicken

This recipe is my friend Erin H's creation.

1 lb frozen chicken breasts, still frozen
1 can rotel, it's not 16 oz. maybe only 8?
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
Leave in crock pot until chicken is cooked. Shred chicken. Return to crock pot and add 2 oz. cream cheese.(opotional) Serve with chips or tortillas with shredded cheddar and Mexican/Spanish rice.

We do the same thing but use salsa instead of rotel. Yummy!
