Fool Proof Ribs

This is a pickle mom original.

Make someone special think you cooked all day!

Buy a rack of ribs uncooked. (We get them at Sams)
If frozen thaw them enough so you can cut through them.
Cut your ribs in lenths so that they can fit into the crock pot and dump them in.
In a separate bowl whisk together a cup of beer or more (sometimes I use white wine – whatever is open), 1/2C of Italian dressing (or you can leave it out) and one bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce. (I like the Sweet Baby Ray's) Pour this over the ribs.
Add the lid and cook your ribs for 8 hours on low or 4 hrs on high.

The meat will fall off the bone so be gentle when taking them out.
