Low Carb Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tbs unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 tbs ground flax seed
After above ingredients are mixed together add 2T Pumpkin puree (not pie filling)

Spray a pan with cooking spray, and heat to medium. 
Add your batter and cook one side until you see the little bubbles, just like any other pancake 
Flip carefully and cook on the other size until the middle is done. 

Top with butter or sugar free syrup.
