Menu Plan week of: 7/29/12

Dinner:
  • Breadfast for Dinner - bacon/eggs/fruit
  • Beef n Broccoli
  • Pesto Chicken w/ broccoli bleu bacon salad
  • Pesto & Ricotta Stuffed Shells, w/ carrots
  • Burgers and broccoli cheddar fries
  • BLT's with lemon aioli, cucumber salad
  • Crockpot Taquitos and guac with toasted low carb tortilla triangles
  • Alternate: Philly Stuffed Peppers - an idea from Ally
Lunches:   kids'/ my low carb
  • PBJ's with cucumber& ranch / boiled eggs, cucumber slices
  • Veggie Mac, fruit salad / Egg Salad, carrots
  • burgers, cucumber with ranch / burgers no bun, cucumbers
  • Applegate Farms hot dogs, broccoli cheddar fries / pickle wrap
  • Homemade lunchable - meat, cheese, goldfish, broccoli,  grape tomatoes / bacon bleu broccoli salad
  • Turkey, cucumber, cream cheese stuffed sammy / Turkey, cucumber, cream chz in lettuce
  • Black bean Quesadillas / cuban wrap - chicken, ham, pickle on mission whole wheat low carb wrap
  • Alternate "on the go" low carb option: tuna salad packet, cucumbers
