Menu Plan week of: 7/29/12

Dinner:
  • Breadfast for Dinner - bacon/eggs/fruit
  • Beef n Broccoli
  • Pesto Chicken w/ broccoli bleu bacon salad
  • Pesto & Ricotta Spaghetti squash, w/ carrots
  • Burgers and broccoli cheddar fries
  • BLT's with lemon aioli, cucumber salad
  • Crockpot Taquitos and guac with toasted low carb tortilla triangles
  • Philly Stuffed Peppers 
Lunches:   kids'/ my low carb
  • boiled eggs, cucumber slices
  • Egg Salad, carrots
  • burgers, cucumber with ranch
  • Applegate Farms hot dogs, broccoli cheddar fries 
  • Homemade lunchable - meat, cheese, broccoli,  grape tomatoes
  • Turkey slices stuffed with cucumber, cream cheese
  • cuban wrap - chicken, ham, pickle on lettuce wrap
  • Alternate "on the go" low carb option: tuna salad packet, cucumbers
