Crab Rangoon Pizza

3T Sweet Chili Sauce (2g carb/tsp)
2 Green onions
1/4C Mozzarella
1/4C Parmesan
1 tub Whipped cream cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or to be more traditional, soy sauce)
1 clove garlic
1pgk Lump crab meat
LC Pizza Crust Recipe (in blog)
1 low carb or whole wheat tortilla and butter
seasoned salt

Make or buy your pizza crust. When it's finished...
Preheat the oven to 400*
Toss  garlic and 1 whole green onion into a food processor. Process until they're finely diced.
Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese. Blend until everything is incorporated.
Spread mixture onto the pizza crust.
Top with lump crab meat, then Parmesan, then mozzarella.
Chop your remaining green onion and add that over the top.

Melt about 1tsp of butter in a bowl.
Brush it onto your low carb tortilla.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Cut your tortilla in half and then into little sticks.
Twist them if you want them to look a little fun.

Place your tortilla next to your pizza on a cookie sheet and bake both for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the tortilla and put the pizza back in the oven for another 7 minutes.
Remove pizza and add your sweet chili sauce. More or less to taste.
Pop it back in the oven for a final 3 minutes.

When done, top with tortilla crisps and serve right away.
Definitely add more chili sauce than this. It's too yummy not to.
