Menu Plan E

Mandarin Orange Chicken with Rice
BLT's (no recipe needed - bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo, bread)
Healthy Lasagna Rollups
Pineapple Chicken
Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, Healthy Choice, or Kashi frozen dinner of your choice.

Grocery list:
Mandarin oranges
2lbs of chicken breast
Rice (white or brown - your choice)
Miracle Whip (light or regular)
Green pepper
small container of OJ
almonds
Bacon (or turkey bacon)
Lettuce (enough for your sandwich and maybe a side salad)
tomato
bread
Frozen already cooked lasagna noodles
ground turkey
mozzarella (low fat/skim)
ricotta (lf or skim)
pineapple canned or fresh
soy or teriaki sauce
brown sugar
broccoli
cornstarch
