Pickle Wraps

1 pound thinly sliced dried beef
8 ounces cream cheese
6 dill pickle spears (garlic pickle spears are good too if you can find them)
4 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup minced chives
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Blend together all ingredients except beef and pickles. Spread mix on beef slices. Place pickle spear in center and roll up, securing with toothpicks. OR roll the pickles in the mixture and cover with beef. Cut in thirds for easier serving. Chill before serving. This makes 6 or so servings.
