Mix one stick of butter with 3/4 C of Honey. Make sure your butter is at room temp when you begin and use a hand mixer or stand mixer to fluff it up really well. This will keep for quite a while if placed in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Love to cook, hate to clean, and don't have a lot of time to do either. These are my quick and easy recipes.
