Fruit Salad triffle

It's as easy as making a layered salad with whatever fruit is in season.

For example, in a crystal or see-through bowl place: a layer of dressing (see below), a layer of apple slices or chunks, mandarin oranges (I toss the apples with some of the juice from the oranges to keep from browning), blueberries, a layer of dressing, sliced bananas, strawberries, raspberries, dressing.

This makes a very pretty salad without a lot of work.

Dressing:
Mix the following:
2 containers yogurt
2-8 oz package cream cheese
2-12 oz container cool whip.
a tablespoon of lemon, lime or orange juice (or use citrus yogurt)
Add a little sugar or spenda to taste if you like.

This works fine with fat free, reduced fat, and regular varieties of yogurt, cream cheese, and cool whip. You can also sub in pudding for the yogurt or coolwhip if you like.
