salt and pepper, to taste or lowry's seasoning
8 B-sized red potatoes, boiled
8 cherry tomatoes
4 wooden skewers, soaked in cold water for at least 30 minutes
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Slice meat into bite size pieces.
Alternate threading meat, cooked potatoes and tomatoes on skewers.
Grill over high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
