Baked Mommy Mac

I've worked hard to make the perfect mix of cheesy, saucy, and delightfully crunchy all in one mac dish. This is so easy and nearly fool proof that anyone can enjoy it. Did I mention it freezes well?   L O V E

1 (8 oz) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (if its not sharp it will be a little bland)
1 (12 oz) container small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz) container French Onion sour cream dip (all things with sour cream are tasty!)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs, panko, or crunched up pringles or corn flakes - whatever you have
¼ cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until done; drain.
In 9x13 pan, stir together macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is golden.
Then, just try to leave it alone until it's cool enough to eat. Just try.  ;)

Add cooked ground beef and a little tomato sauce, or chicken and broccoli for a hearty main dish.
