Put 1 or 2 package of cream cheese into a small oven safe dish or pie tinAdd oregano, parsley, basil to taste. Cream together.
Then sprinkle on parmesan & mozzarella to taste. Spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle with more cheese.Add your favorite topping, pepperoni, sausage, olives, garlic, crushed red peppers...etc
Broil in the oven until cheese browns and gets bubblyServe hot with Ritz crackers or baguettes
