Meal Plan A - Two Weeks of Meals

                Week One

              1. Pot Roast with Garlic Veggies


              2. Beef N' Broccoli - use leftover beef


              3. Cheesy Chicken & Salsa Skillet


              4. Pesto Chicken with green beans- use leftover chicken


              5. Meatball Subs

                Week Two

              1. Mini-Meatloaf - use leftover ground beef/sirloin


              2. Sub Sammys - use leftover buns


              3. Chef Salad - use leftover cold cuts and cheese


              4. Chicken Cordon bleu and asparagus


              5. Smarter Fettuccini Alfredo

              SHOPPING LIST:


              Pot Roast
              12 chicken breasts (I do three for each meal so adjust as needed)
              2-4lbs ground beef
              cold cuts - ham, beef, turkey etc
              sliced cheeses, cojack, provolone, cheddar, swiss etc
              shredded or sliced mozzarella
              Mexican cheese - or whatever is leftover


              Potatoes 3-4 or 1 bag of new potatoes
              1 lg carrot
              4 green onions
              Garlic
              Broccoli
              Green Beans
              Head of lettuce
              Asparagus
              Corn
              Green Pepper


              italian dressing
              ranch salad dressing mix
              Catalina Dressing
              Hoisin Sauce
              Creamy italian dressing
              Salad dressing of choice - for chef salad


              beef or chicken broth
              Noodles of choice for beef n broccoli
              Penne Pasta
              Bread Crumbs - for meatloaf and chicken cordon bleu

              Pesto
              Salsa
              tomato sauce

              Egg
              Sub Buns
