Pumpkin bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

I think I'd eat anything as long as it has cream cheese frostin. It's sooo good!


1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Combine ingredients and mix well. Place in greased jellyroll pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.)

Cream Cheese Frosting

3 oz cream cheese
1 t. vanilla (or almond flavor)
¾ stick margarine (softened)
2 c. powdered sugarcold milk (if needed)

Combine cream cheese, vanilla (or almond), margarine, & powdered sugar. Mix well until firm. Add milk to thin if necessary.
