Crockpot Lasagna

I love to take this tailgating. We never go home with left overs!

Crockpot Lasagna
1 lb ground beef
4-5 cups spaghetti sauce (depending on how juicy you want it)
24 oz. container cottage cheese (Actually I like Ricotta in this recipe better)
1 egg
8-10 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
a couple cloves of garlic, minced

Brown ground beef & drain. Combine with spaghetti sauce.In a separate bowl, combine egg, garlic and cottage (ricotta) cheese. Layer in crockpot in this order:1/2 meat mixture1/2 dry noodles1/2 cottage cheese mixture1/2 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Cover & cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-8 hours.
