Breakfast Burritos

Great for tailgating. Just make all the ingredients and put in a crockpot to keep them warm. Fill the tortillas when you're ready to eat.

Hashbrown and Bacon rollup
Cook the following in a large pan:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 slices Canadian bacon, cut into small pieces
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and drained
8 eggs - scramble them with the other ingredients
Then place in a crockpot

Bring along:
1/2 cup salsa
16 (6") flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese

To be honest, you can put whatever you want into the burrito.
