Overnight Oatmeal Jars

**Oatmeal Base **
1/2  cup old fashioned oats
1/2  cup Yogurt of any kind
2/3  cup milk of any kind


** Add Ins - choose whatever you like or be creative **
  • ½ cup pumpkin or banana puree
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 to 2 ½ tablespoons strawberry preserves with banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or a packet of stevia
  • small handful almonds, pecans, etc.
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce 
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries, raspberries, raisins

Fill a pint jar and refrigerate overnite.  That's it!
