Erin's Cheese pretzels

This is my friend Erin's recipe that she makes with her little cutie pie. Fast, easy, and fun for the kids to help with.

Cheese Pretzels

1 tsp. yeast
6 tbsp warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 cup flour
6 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
Butter spray
Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 425° and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sprinkle yeast in warm water. Stir to dissolve. Add sugar, flour and cheese. Stir to combine and knead until smooth. Cut into 8 pieces and roll into long worm shape. Twist into pretzel shapes. Lay on parchment paper and spray tops with butter spray. Sprinkle on kosher salt. Bake for 15 minutes or until brown. Best if served warm.
