Take Along Pumpkin Pockets

Filling:


3/4 cup pureed pumpkin
1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Mix all of those things together.  :) 
Cut squares of premade pie crust (or okay if you must, make your own, but who has time for that?) 
You could also use squares of puff pastry dough. 
Fill the dough with filling. Place another square on top. Crimp with a fork and bake according to the directions on the crust package. 
If you want to make a glaze for the top, mix a little powdered sugar with water and sprinkle in some cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin pie spice.
