Home made Pizza rolls

I'm a sucker for Totinos Pizza rolls but they're so awful for you. Hello pizza roll. This is my rear end. This is where you'll be living for the next bazillion years. Yeah, so here's a slightly more healthy version... IF healthy and pizza belong in the same sentence. Play around with the ingredients that you like. It's not rocket science. :)

3 cups of finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound minced pepperoni or those cute little minis
1 medium green pepper, finely minced
some Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning (basil, oregano, garlic, etc)
1lb ground beef, browned
1/2 cup green onions, finely minced
2 (14 ounce) jars pizza sauce
1 pkg Wonton Wrappers (makes 32 2″ egg roll wraps)

Combine above ingredients, except for wrappers
Place egg roll wrappers on the table in front of you. Working quickly, place a teaspoon of filling in the center of one half of each egg roll and moisten all sides with a little water.
Fold the wrapper in half, lengthwise, so that you have formed a filled rectangle. Press lightly to seal.
Pizza rolls may be frozen at this point.
To cook, bake these at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until browned and crisp.
Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
