Healthy Mac Muffins

1 package mac n cheese

1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 cup pureed butternut squash
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Make mac n cheese to package directions. Add everything else.

Load the mix into muffin cups.

Bake at 350 for 8 mins.

Freeze the portions in a cupcake pan and then transfer to zip top bags or a plastic container with a lid.

Reheat about 2-3 mins each.

** Have you tried Mommy Mac? You can do the same with that recipe of mine minus the puree. (because that would be waaay too healthy). **
